Amazing
I started to use this app only one week and I already see the results. I pay for the premier and it worth it. Just in one week and I already lost 1lbs. Coach are also helpful and friendly. Recommend this app to whoever looking to work on their health or weight loss journey.
Can’t progress for free
Went through the process entering all the information needed but once complete there were no options to progress without paying for the use of the app!!!

No notifications
New to intermittent fasting so added app to help. Features overall are great but it doesn’t allow for notifications. This would be a helpful feature so that I could be notified as my fasting window is about to start and end.
Misleading
Is is not free neither has a free option, they lie outright in the description.

Not worth the price
This is app is way to basic to be charging such a high subscription price and I don’t see much in terms of how this is actually tailored for women. I thought it was going to be more tailored to syncing with my cycle or give more advice about that. Also, I changed the plan given to me but the app notifications are synced to the one given to me which I felt was too strict for a beginner. And like others have mentioned while there is some good information and content it’s never updated and it’s mostly things you can find out with a Google search. Since it doesn’t offer a trial subscription I had no way of knowing this was not what I was looking for and now I’m out $20 - the lowest subscription option available.

Great App but not sure what the subscription is about
There is no real help provided by the app team for yearly subscription, what they are giving is what every free IF is giving. They have The Club option but no one responds and even the members don’t. I have requested money back as I paid for yearly membership thinking there will be a lot many tips and experiences shared by coaches and members, but there is 0.

I’ve only been fasting for going on 2 days now but I must admit, I love this app!! The only thing I’d change is when asking/texting a question, it takes a while before someone answers you. But other than that so far so good
