I had no idea my minecraft account had a password or that it has a FACE ID log in.
An incredibly invasive and questionably effective solution to a nonissue
Needed to use this app to verify my status as an "over 18" for a community server I've recently returned to after several years.
I was absolutely horrified to find out while reading the service's privacy policy that not only is my biometric data stored with no way to opt-out, but that it is ALSO used to train machine learning models, again with no way to opt out. I made sure to request a full account deletion after I'd managed to verify myself where I needed to and I advise everyone else do the same.
If the team behind this service wants to be taken any degree of seriously, I advise revising your privacy policy and giving users control over how their Biometric data is held and used.

Great Customer Service!
I recently attempted to make my account and thanks to a mistake I made on my end, the process of starting the account got messed up. I contacted support and within minutes somebody was helping me. About 5 minutes after getting in contact with them, my account had been sorted out. I’m very happy with my experience so far. I would absolutely recommend to friends and my community!
