Why send an SMS saying the problem has been fixed but it clearly doesn’t. It just gets stuck after logging in (and saying sync finished). (For the developers) Please take your time, fix the bugs and release an actual working versionDr. B. Orth

This app was good when it was working. I really wonder why the change and why the developers are not restoring the previous version up until the newer version is fixed and tested out very well.Yalemu
App offline too long
A critical App such as a Bank Mobile App should never be offline other than short schedules maintenance downtime, let alone disappearing for weeks.Mesmak
Update App Problem
I have issue with this app it was working Fine before update coming, after i updated it automatically sign-out the App and asking Verification key ! I’m one of Ethiopian diaspora living outside the country. Even this big bank doesn’t have Customercare Email or International hotline,they put one email in there Customercare page which is not even Valid ,what a wonder ppl.Show lessKaiseson

Not Opening
The app is not opening. I tried updating it from the up but the link doesn’t take me to AppStore. I came to up store and updated it from here but the app still won’t open. The security feature that the app locks itself even when I slide the notifications panel down is annoying.mkejela
App stop working after recent changes
Recently, I was asked to upgrade and the message appear on home page. When I click the button to upgrade, nothing happen. The app now doesn’t work. It is just showing the upgrade message. I have uninstalled and installed again but still the same. You need to have look at ithhdjiri

CBE needs to improve the following on the Mobile Application for the IOS softwares l;
- Stability of the App
- Not miss certain features on the mobile banking.
- Ensure the App is always available in the App store.
- Whenever there is an update. It should not require us to go to our branch where we opened our accounts and activate it all over again.
- Increase daily and weekly limits of transfers on the App.
