Vision light control options buttons missing
The buttons in the app that control the light options to change colors, set on/off during retract/extract are not on the app as they should be. They are literally just missing. The whole reason I got the Vision steps is for these options and they do not show up on the app

this app just says no device found. need a fix so i can use my lights
iPhone App wonβt connect
Steps work great, but unfortunately the app no longer connects to smart series. I get a βNo device foundβ error message. Seems to be a bug that needs fixed.
TERRIBLE
iβve been trying for a week now to pair my phone to the unit and itβs impossible.keep asking for controller id as a password and controller Id is no where to be found to use as a password . useless system
Override period is too short
Program works well, but needs to allow for longer override periods. All day or until turned off would provide much needed functionality.
App cannot connect to PowerStep after a few days.
Powerstep is functional, but the app is not. After a few days, the app fails to work properly. The PowerStep cannot connect to the iPhone and reports a password error. I need to open the hood, remove the PowerStep fuses, and reprogram everything from scratch.
Needs Longer Override Limits
App and PowerStep flawlessly work β great products. Only disappointment is that override timer to manually retract or deploy step is limited to 30 minutes. Would be a sure 5-star if the steps could be kept retracted for several hours, or preferably full-day, when desired.
