Inefficient
I thought the purpose of a my banking mobile app was so that I can control everything from one app. Why have a completely separate app just so you can turn your card on and off. Completely inefficient for business owners and confusing for people who like simple. Privacy is a whole other topic. Honestly won’t be banking with Space coast again after trying such a horrible app with a completely separate app for using your card after you have to download the first app just to see your account status. I don’t usually leave one stars but…
Used to be no trouble to sign into the app then go to Card Control at any time to switch cars controls on or off but lately I go in. I flip it do what I need to do then when I go to flip it back all I get is “establishing a secure connection. please wait“ wait anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes and no connection is established. Seems like you have to close it out for a day and THEN you can switch it back. This is becoming really annoying and it’s starting to make me thing devs are failing to fix any tech issues… also the security questions on the main app can’t even be updated after multiple tries but at least I can bypass it to manage my BALANCE and pay billsShow lessLillaena
Would be great if it worked
This does not work consistently. As in, you can disable your debit card then not be able to open the app to enable it again when ready. So it really isn’t worth using. I have been trying to open the app since yesterday but it constantly closes.rosemcgowen

Needs regulation
Had the cards control app for years. It was working great until one day the login screen didn’t load . I deleted the app and reinstalled it on my IPhone, now the thing doesn’t work anymore. It the stays ons the same screen, “establishing a secure connection “ and that’s it!Miami Bajan

Every time I tried to enter the security code they sent me the App would erase it when I told it to continue. Then it locked me out.MikeJA
