Disgusting customer service
I placed an order off few dresses on 13/09 but didn’t get any confirmation or anything from them then 6 days ago i left a msg but no reply and i WhatsApp them and again no replyRubish🤮
Their App is garbage
Their aap for ordering is useless and garbage.
It doesn’t show if it’s for international or local customers. It doesn’t allow to cancel the order as well if mistakenly made order on COD.
Their customer service on their aap is horrible too. They do not provide any help to navigate through their aap and tell us to do it yourself.Show lessSubtokhizryuzikid

Extremely nightmare to use app .evrytime u open app same blue suit comes and videos starts itself ,can’t change even if u refresh page 100 times .cant find any other suit I want to .overall need to sort this app or get rid off it .k*y28
