I got a mobile deposit declined because I didn’t write “for mobile deposit only to citizens bank” on the back of the check. My other banks don’t require this. I even checked a box on the back of the check that indicates it was only for mobile deposit.mememe53151

Great Bank and App!
Citizens Bank is wonderful and the app works great. It’s convenient to be able to access my information on the go. All the typical features you’d expect are there such as customizable alerts and dashboard.
