• All users now have to request access specifically to the Ericsson Product Information Assistant. • Different users will have access to different information based on their user's profile. • The assistant has improved its capability to have a conversation. • The assistant now returns up to 5 best hit documents whenever applicable. • You can now ask the assistant for videos on how to install products, for example “Video to install radio 4417”

Powered by state-of-the-art artificial intelligence, Ericsson Product Information Assistant answers questions about Ericsson Radio System hardware products. For example how to install a hardware unit, what tools to bring to site or what dimensions a unit has. For example questions ask the assistant "Help me" or "What questions can I ask?" How to request Access • Ericsson employees and consultants having signum starting with "E..."request access in My Support & Services (link to access request) • Partner users having signum starting with "Z..." or "X..." need their Ericsson contact person to request access in My Support & Services (link to access request) • Customer users request access on Extranet support page.
