Customer service is excellent
I live in canada and I ordered it to Zhytomyr and they swiftly answer back and understood that I do not speak Ukrainian. Although they do not speak English. They were willing to use a translator to write to me and solved a problem about a delivery of which the recipient was not present at home. They were very friendly in a kind manner and offers help and service in order to get the product to the right address.

Best online customer service ever!
So here i was in London and i wanted to get something special for the most special woman on earth ;) the site wasn't easy on the eyes as far as design but super practical. I could actually see pictures of the flowers given To real people. The chat stayed with me THE ENTIRE TIME! The delivery was right on time the next day.

Сделал заказ жене на 14 февраля , все оплатил заранее.
14 февраля - от них пришли сообщение, что не смогли дозвониться до получателя и заказ отменили (это наглая ложь - телефон был в сети, пропущенных нет)
Ну ок. Бывает , нагрузка все дела.
Договорились на след. день - в 10!! часов вечера позвонил курьер и сказал что не успевает и давайте на послезавтра.
