Works great but can’t change the languageApp does not connect to toilet
Bluetooth connectivity doesn’t work despite trying many times, app can’t find the toiletUnstable App
Installed app yesterday and it worked great but like other app reviewers have stated, it doesn’t work after that first use. I did completely power off the toilet from the mains (not the on/off switch) and it reconnected again. Only to stop working a few hours later. There is no information anywhere about how to troubleshoot this issue either.Show lessConnectivity Issues
After connecting with the app the first time it has never connected again. No instructions on how to reset or fix the connection problem it just sits with a back screen stating is Connecting To and nothing happens. Poor interface and error feedback on connection problems.It doesn’t work
Since I’ve had my prime toilet the app has worked once. Now it just has a black screen with a gray bar at the bottom regardless of what I try and do
