  • App is horribly buggy. Impossible to place an order

    Despite it being august 3rd today, the only option for placing a pickup order is July 29th, 5 days in the past? There is no option to type in a date or scroll left, right, up, or down to pick a different date. Literally can’t even place an order
  • Specials

    No discount code for before 10am. Have to go in in person and ask for a discount. No thanks. The whole idea is to save time and money. This doesn’t do either.
  • The rewards don’t work/load

    I’ve ordered lots from eggsmart, so much so that I know I would have racked up a lot of rewards, but the rewards centre doesn’t work/load so I can’t access it and that really sucks.
  • Store is not on an app

    The store near me isn’t on an app so if you roll out the app it’s a good idea to have it at every location.

  • Transaction error

    Just call them and order through phone.

    User interface is fine, found my location, made the order. when I proceeded to pay, it gave me some 433/403 error and wouldn’t let the order go through so I tapped “send order” once again and same error appears BUT I received notification from my cc company that it went and charged my cc twice for each time I’ve tapped the order through. So now I’m out $90 for a $30 order because I had to pay with debit on site. For the 2 $30 charge I have transaction numbers after contacting my cc company. Please address this issue.

    Overall, horrible app, not worth the 10% discount incentive that they posted to download the app. Would give 0 star if possible.

  • Where are all the locations

    Just downloaded the app and see that our local Eggsmart isn’t even listed.

  • Credit card

    Cant edit or even remove the credit card I have on the app which means I can’t use it. How useless is this?

  • Never use this!

    The website offers 10% off to dl the app, which I did, asked for CC payment info as well as full address then didn’t work twice. Had to order over the phone and pay full price. Paying in person was no an option.

  • Waste of time

    Let me place an order for 7:30 but when I got there they didn’t open until 8am. Won’t be using this again
