Doesn't work after IOS update
Can't connect after IOS update and app doesn't even show up in settings after multiple restarts and installs. I'd stay away from their products because they are extremely unreliable.IOSiosIOSiosIOSios
Not Compatible w/ iPadOS 17
When I say “Not Compatible,” I mean, the iPad will literally freeze, requiring a force restart. Purchased a 10th gen iPad specifically for this camera (bigger/brighter screen, faster) but had to dig up my 9th gen running 16 for any semblance of stability. On the older OS, app works great (very impressive), but 17 has been out since 2013, so hoping the Devs get cracking on an update ASAP (no recent updates in over a year).PumX2

Cameras would be great if the app ever worked
Phone connects to the camera but when you try to pull it up in the app it just won’t bring up the picture. Wait on it for 5 minutes or more and eventually you get an error 1001. On my iPad it will connect and always makes the entire iPad lock up for 5-10 minutes, then finally when the iPad unfreezes, the system will work. As long as you don’t need to switch to another app, if you do you have to start all over with the freeze and waiting when you go back to the app. I really really want to like this product, but at this time it is unusable and I probably will be trying to get a refund.T-uk
