Nice Pet Portraits but pre approval should be offered
I have ordered 5 or 6 of these pet portraits to give as Christmas presents this year. I was very happy with 4 of them but…
-on 1 picture the heads were on the wrong bodies. I had specified which head on which body and I wrote 3 times to customer service to have it fixed and never received a reply.
-if a preview for approval could be sent that would avoid this problem because you could request corrections
-the submission process needs to be improved so that you can clearly indicate to the artist which pet picture you submit goes on which body (submitted picture 1 goes on body 1 etc) that would be helpful. You can write a note to the artist when you submit your picture, in my case I said white dog on the right and black dog on the left and they did the reverse.
-I paid $19.99 for a premium membership and I have no idea what the premium is for
-it gets expensive and the price varies. It seems to be one pet is $13.79 but I have been charged $17.99 and up to $26.99 once.
-another portrait did not turn out to my satisfaction (one pet’s head came out to dark) but there seems to be no way to contact the artist to request an edit. There is no interest in customer satisfaction
-I would like to order many more of these pet portraits but there is a risk if you are not happy with the portrait, you have wasted your money.

Awful app
There are no prices. Pictures have to be uploaded and some “artist” creates the pic. This is nonsense ! I wanted the ability to create on my own. Now trying to find a way to delete this stupid app.

Great idea, but needs improvements
I love the idea of the app, and yes you do have to pay for each portrait, but I don’t mind, my issue is that they advertise all over the app that you get unlimited revisions, but once my artwork was sent to me there was no options for revisions and no way to contact the artist. Also, nothing works on the app when it comes to any type of support - FAQ link does work, “contact support” doesn’t work, etc. it’s very disappointing and needs serious improvements
