This Month Widget * Add the new "This Month" widget to your Home Screen to see your capital, interest repayment and mortgage balance for this or next month, all at a glance. Rental Yield Tracking * You can now add your monthly rental income to see your property's rental yield in the property summary of any mortgage you're tracking. Rental Yield Calculator * Determine whether a property is a good investment with the new standalone rental yield calculator. Reorder Mortgages *You can now long press and drag any mortgage in the list to change it's position. * Other minor bug fixes and improvements. We’re excited to announce a massive update to simplifying the world of mortgages! Standalone Calculators * We’ve introduced 7 new calculators you can use independently without having to add a mortgage first. Estimate costs for various steps of the mortgage process by using the new Mortgage, Borrowing, Deposit, Loan-to-value, Moving, Equity, and Payoff Date calculators. (For Mortgages+) Equity Bitesize Guide * In the new equity bitesize guide, discover what home equity is, why you should build it and more. Improvements * Support for iOS 15 * Interest-only mortgages now show “Remaining Interest” instead of “Remaining Balance" in the repayment timeline, so you can see how your interest decreases month-to-month. (Can be changed via settings) * The full amortisation schedule will always show by default after “Show All Years” has been tapped for the first time. (For Mortgages+) * Loan-to-value figures are now displayed with fractions when present. * Equity percentages are now rounded to the nearest whole number to be consistent with how lenders calculate equity. Bug Fixes * Fixed a crash when trying to print or export an Interest-only Mortgage to PDF or CSV. * Fixed a bug where the CSV export would show an incorrect figure for capital payment.

Minor improvements and bug fixes: - Added the year in addition to the month so it's easier to see date of a given payment in the amortisation schedule. - Increased the scrollable area of the bitesize guides so it's easier to scroll from page to page. - Fixed a bug where the repayment timelines default position was for "Next Month" instead of "This Month". - Other minor improvements.
