I paid to unlock the so-called ‘VIP Features’ of this app but the OCR function doesn’t work. I scanned several documents in clear printed English but when I used the text recognition function a spinner would appear for 35 seconds and then a message would flash on the display for just a second which was too fast to read it. I had to take a screenshot to capture what it said: “The operation couldn’t be completed. (OCRKit.OCRKit.Error error 4.)”. I tried this 30 or 40 times, always getting the same error.
I emailed the seller for help but received no reply so I asked for a refund from the App Store. A complete waste of my time.

We do apologies about your experience with ScanPro.
We haven’t received any emails from you. Also, we just tried a very bad quality of document in English, and after 5 seconds we received the success message that the text was recognised. It looks everything works here. Please email us one more time with the same text you posted here.
