Bugs That Close the App
There is a consistent bug among the one virtual tour I went on (Media Arts), and it has to do with accessing the reading material included on the app.
For example, when I was reading the material for 30 East Balbo, if you tap the section “Amenities” it should pull up a page of information for you. But instead of that, it just closes the app.
Thinking it was just a fluke, I restarted the app and tried it again, which didn’t yield any new results.
It happened multiple times throughout the tour, for a total of 6 times. It doesn’t happen often enough to make it unbearable, it just gets annoying.Bussines88
