Changed app name. WARNING: obsolete app! This is not the main variant of the Calibur app, but an older version, the last one that's still compatible with the old (legacy) sabre mode for 1.0 and 1.4 pocket boxes. We kept this version available only to serve those who want to fence with sabre but don't have 1.4.1 or newer pocket boxes. If that's not your use case, please use our main app, the one simply named Calibur.

Changes from the last release: Changed app name to Calibur B. WARNING: obsolete app! This app was made for the first generation of Calibur pocket boxes manufactured in 2021 Spring. Since that time we have released the new generation of Calibur pocket boxes, and created a new mobile app that is compatible with them, named simply Calibur. The technical support of the old boxes is discontinued, and so is the maintenance of this old application. We keep Calibur B available for a while, but it is recommended to change the old pocket boxes to the new ones, and to download the Calibur app. Our webshop to get the new boxes: https://calibur.ai/product/shop/ New Calibur app: http://apps.apple.com/hu/app/calibur-2/id1565327007

WARNING: obsolete app! This app was made for the pocket boxes manufactured for the global beta test we organised in 2020 Fall. Since that time we have released the new generation of Calibur pocket boxes, and created a new mobile app that is compatible with them, Calibur 2. The technical support of the old boxes is discontinued, and so is the maintenance of this old application. We keep Calibur 1 available for a while, but it is recommended to change the old pocket boxes to the new ones by redeeming the coupons that were provided to the beta testers in 2020, and to download Calibur 2. Our webshop to get the new boxes: https://calibur.ai/product/shop/ Calibur 2 app: http://apps.apple.com/hu/app/calibur-2/id1565327007

Changes from the last release: - “Calibration” and “Troubleshoot” buttons are taken out from the Connections view. They can be found on the Scoreboard, in the popup window that appears after pressing a user button. They are only visible if there is an active connection on the respective side. - The button previously called “Set connection” has the title of “Connect to device” if there is no active connection. Otherwise, its title is “Disconnect from [device name]” and on press it automatically disconnects without the need to navigate to the Connections screen.

Changes from the last release: - Forgot password button in the My Profile screen - type in your email and press this button to receive a link to reset your password via email. - Email addresses have to be verified via a link sent by email after sign up. Users registered before this release are required to verify their email too. - Back button in the Fencer’s settings and Set connection screens, so that you can navigate back to Scoreboard without opening the main menu also on phones without a built-in back button. - Reset settings button in Fencer’s settings and General settings. - Bug fix: wrong error message was shown when the user tried to run troubleshooting with 2 devices.

Changes from the last release: - We got rid of the “Fencer on the left” and “Fencer on the right buttons” that were used to select which fencers’s configuration to change in Settings and Connections. Individual Settings (scoring colour and sound) and Connections of a fencer can be opened by tapping one of the user icon buttons on the Scoreboard from now: you need to tap the user icon on the left or right side, then a popup window with the “Fencer on the left” or “Fencer on the right” title appears. There you can select “Set connection” or “Fencer’s settings”. - When a pocket box is connected to one of the sides, its battery level is displayed on the popup window mentioned before. The pocket box emits this information every 10 minutes, so you might see “No data received yet” in the first minutes. - General Settings (the ones related to both fencers: bell guard grounding, displaying scores, automatic touch counting, manual data labeling, doublé time window) are on a different screen, select General Settings from the main menu to open them.

Changes from the last release: - New scoring sounds that are easier to hear in noisy fencing halls. - Relocate buttons on the Connections screen. - Fencer on the left / Fencer on the right buttons in Connections are marked with a dot of the fencer's scoring colour. - A hit landed in 2 seconds after the previous hit of the same fencer is not indicated. (Instead of 1 second.) - Bug fixes:  - Hits in the second right after the opponent's bellguard hit were not indicated. - Some saved bout results could not be correctly downloaded or deleted in the last release.

Changes from the last release: - The app got renamed to Calibur to avoid confusions with the former fencing equipment supplier called George Santelli, Inc. The icon has changed accordingly. - The Training Diary screen got renamed to My Profile. - A warning popup window is shown when you start the app if there are new updates available. - Bout results can be saved only if a registered user is signed in in the app. Only members of the signed-in user’s club can be selected as opponents. - Rendering of large amount of bout results on My Profile got accelerated. - The content of Help \ User manual is updated dynamically without the need of updating the app itself.
