Promo codes don’t work
I’m disappointed by the connection between the marketing team and this website… as there is no connection. I’ve been getting promo codes from the marketing team emails but this app and the website doesn’t recognize them. Also, the app does not load anymore as of today. For the marketing team, you need to add an effective date (good from and good to dates) for your promo codes.
And what happened to the search feature? It’s not on the app or website, forcing me to scroll through pictures of wine. As a member, I know which wines I like and want to buy again.
And you can’t check out without toggling between ship to and pick up… even though it’s defaulted to ship to. I wasted 30 minutes, logging in and out, updating my cart and trying to use the chat (which is not smart). I eventually lost items in my cart. While I live the wine, the app and website makes it difficult to purchase my favorites
Hopefully with the sale of Daou, they will get better IT support for web design and user interface.
