App Does Not Allow Login
For weeks I have not been able to log in. Can login on desktop just fine.
Not the Electric Company
I called the number provided by the app.because I was under the impression this was the JCP&L . I searched for Jersey Central Power and Light also called, First Energy. When I was confused and could not find what I needed on site . I called the number provided for help . The woman who answered the phone was not friendly . But , I know people have bad days so I cheerfully explained my situation. When I was interrupted by the woman who answered the phone . “This is not the electric company “ she barked . I said “ok I am sorry but confused “ she barked again “THIS is not the ELECTRIC Company “ .I started to ask another question and again Interrupted “THIS IS NOT THE ELECTRIC COMPANY “ .
So the message is Clear and was the first time she Barked it at me . If this is an example of the costumer service this company provides . I don’t Know that it is one, I would like to do business with .
