Can’t even begin to tell you how unusable the app is. I’ve owned my seat mo for just under a year and I’ve never been able to connect to my seat mo. Every time I go through the setup process to enter my VIN number, it comes up with there was an error. I can’t use any of the “smart” features as advertised and was the whole reason I bought the seat mo. I’ve tried every possible method I can think of to try and fix the issue but no success so far, almost given up with troubleshooting it.
Amazing bike whilst driving but horrible connectivity issues that plagues the whole experience of ownership.as much much as I love the seat mo, I cannot recommend it to anyone until this issue is fixed.
