Why keep asking me to check my network
Downloaded this app for 2 days and entered my body measurement data, suddenly all the data disappeared on the third day.
It kept asking me to check my network but my network is completely fine. But my data was gone…

Do I need to be Chinese to use it?
Just got my stuff from a store but wasn’t aware it would only work in Chinese, I’m trying to translate and everything but I can’t even create an account cause it won’t recognize my phone number and there is no email option to create an account ….
