In the continuity of the previous update, we are making the following improvements: - Stride Quality Index: this SQI will allow you to evaluate your performance of your stride and will allow you to prevent the risk of injury during your run. - Time Distance Analyzes: this function will allow you to note the pace of your running, with time and distance covered. - Strava: you will now be able to link Digitsole Run with Strava to have your biomechanical data on your two applications.

Digitsole Run is the Digitsole Connected Insoles application to help you understand the biomechanics of how you run and quickly achieve a high-quality stride. This application is associated with Digitsole connected insoles and is required to use the product. To get your pair of Digitsole connected insoles, visit www.digitsole.com. This is what you’ll find inside the Digitsole Run application: To protect your joints and adapt your stride technique, you need to understand your biomechanics. The Digitsole Run application precisely indicates the features of your running profile, including the corrections to be made to improve your performance and prevent injury. SQI. The Stride Quality Index is an index measuring the quality of your stride. The cornerstone of Digitsole technology, it is your go-to reference point in your performance improvement programme. Get extremely accurate data on all parameters to do with your running technique. SEGMENT: GPS TRACKED PERFORMANCE. The Segment function in the Digitsole app accurately tracks the variation in your Stride Quality Index (SQI) by GPS. Depending on the segmentation of your route, view the areas which affected your stride on your phone. AN IMMERGED ANALYSIS OF THE ARCH OF YOUR FOOT. Balance, stride length and stability, contact zones, pronation/supination, flight/contact ratio, propulsion level... All data taking into account the 3D position of your foot now accessible to everyone: in your shoes and your pocket.
