Unable to register
Can’t even register myself. Took forever to realize initially that my HR team put my nickname instead of legal name. After realizing that I was able to proceed but then the app does not allow me to continue registration without putting my “Home City” in (whatever that means). It does not provide any options even when I put in whatever character or city. Don’t recommend this app.

Doesn’t work
I’ve been trying all week to register. Every time I get the error message “try again”. I emailed customer support but didn’t hear back.
Not so good
Made an appointment for an online consultation and was told my wait time was less then 1 hour. It’s now 3 hours later and I’m still waiting. Now it’s too late to make an appointment with my regular doctor
Only for employee or sponsor
This app was recommended by a friend. No where in the app store or in the pathetic excuse for a website does it say its only available if from an employee or a sponsor. Im self employed. Waste of time.
Amazing
So easy to use and so helpful. Whether in an emergency situation or just getting routine care, me and my family get such genuinely caring medical professionals to help us!
Very good experiences
So far I've been very happy with my experiences using the app. I've never had to wait a long time, everyone is very kind and professional, and they're incredibly helpful. I am so relieved to have something like this.
Please fix
Since the update a week ago it tells me that I am invalid. I spoke to three representatives on the phone and they said that I’m active and they turned it into their IT department and I’m still waiting on an answer seven hours later. It worked before the update so I’m giving it a one star until it is fixed.
