A must have for pet owners
I heard about this app from a fellow dog owner who has been using it for her 3 dogs. It is just a great idea and looks amazing! Very well designed.
I love how for once have all Poppy’s data in one place. I really love the chaperone feature. I share my dog’s details with my mum who looks after her on weekends and for once I don’t have to worry about a missing meal or access to Poppy’s details in case of an emergency.
The brands on there are pretty great too. It’s very convenient to have everything focused in one place. Highly recommended!Show lessashleylondon92

This app has just alerted me to the temperature outside stating
30• deg out side and clear enjoy your walk.
Absolutely terrible encouraging people to walk their pets in this heat when they could get heat stroke and die.lollyb1972

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry for this incident. Our weather widget is designed to support pet parents when caring for their pets. It clearly alerts pet parents for temperatures above 20 degrees on a sunny or partially cloudy day advising them not to take the dog out for a walk unless necessary and to avoid direct sunlight at all times. It is essential that you grant the app permission to use your location while using the app to make sure you are updated with the latest temperatures and warnings that are relevant to your location.A bit confusing and force to add information
The app is a bit confusing, I would have preferred for the app to centre in the pets instead of this ‘dash’. Most annoying part was that it forces you to choose a brand for feeding my pets. I use one not on the list, so the whole gets stuck/block until I select one. What is I use multiple brands or products, or home cook my pets meals? … Not worth downloading until they actually test the app with users….Show lessGuy@Edinburgh

Hello! Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry adding a diet to your pet have proved to be troublesome. All our diet types have an "Other" option. Both Raw & Fresh diets have "Home Cooked" options. If there is a brand that is missing, you can contact I us through chat on the spot and we will add it instantaneously for you. We constantly test our app with users every week to inform and shape our experience and feature set. We have amazing things in the pipeline especially related to the diet widget. I hear about Collar from a friend of mine. And couldn’t believe how easy it was to set up Betsy on there. I know have all the details of my dog in one place and I can just share it with whom ever I want. It’s cool. Too bad the service providers are not yet activated. Can’t wait.LouieR87
