If I could give this app 0 stars I would. I was very disappointed about how difficult this app is to use. Once you finally navigate to where a stars home is the app doesn’t even give enough warning to slow down and look. We tried to use it several times while on vacation and it never seemed to work correctly. Worst 11.99 I have ever spent. Don’t waste your money! Also, if you leave a bad review the developers will send you a snarky reply.Show lessjmw57497

Would not open any navigation except to show turn by turn which is dangerous in LA traffic. Couldn’t use. Gave up. Waste of money.gwesley7

Yes, we are aware of the heavy traffic in Beverly Hills, but we have no control over it. We're powerless to stop it! There are several houses where we can't go by automobile, therefore we recommend parking and taking a look. The address had also been given in the transcript.Celebrity hedge tour, poorly done
Totally get that it’s not their fault that you’re only seeing fences, so the 1 star is not because of that.
The app is difficult to use, navigation doesn’t work properly, if you want to go to a specific house you still need to use google maps or others to get there. Terrible functionality and usability. Do not recommend both the app and the tour unless you want to drive around looking at hedges and landscaping of the outside of a house you cannot see.

We're sorry to hear this tour didn't meet your expectations! Not every property is freely visible to the street, as we specify in the description, the welcome message, and at specific stops. This is a new way to tour the celebrity homes. It helped a lot to know which house is whose.
The stories were good. Some stories have videos of the movies they starred in. The videos were the best.
Getting to each location was a two step process. We used Goto button in the app which internally uses Google map. Once you get there using Google map, go back to the tour guide app for the stories.Show lessSmart Dude61

Its hard to find a self guided driving tour. Unfortunately this is one of the few available. Most of the locations we just end up look at the fences/hedges. There is not enough guidance/navigation. If celebrity privacy is a concern, maybe adding more publicly accessible locations would be a better way to go?Show lessTryonetic

Thanks for your feedback! Yes, some of the houses are hard to see — especially if the celebrity gets a lot of paparazzi attention. Lots of people would still like the opportunity to visit or drive by these homes though! Taking a similar bus or guided tour is $50+ per person — that’s why we wanted to provide an affordable and flexible alternative that still covers all of the same ground. The best way to navigate is to use the Go To buttons on each stop. This will give real-time turn-by-turn directions to the chosen celebrity home.A fun tour!
Who does not want to see where celebrities live! There are so many in LA! We did not do them all but just a few sections because they are all over the city! Many homes were not visible from the street but we got to see the beautiful neighborhoods and the stories were fun to listen to.Careful Reviewer

We started following the tour in order from the first celebrity house but quickly realized that everything is spread out pretty far. So then we switched to picking the celebs we most wanted to see and clicking the “Go To” button to get directions directly to their house. So we didn’t follow the route exactly but overall got a lot of value from the tour. Definitely enjoyed the flexibility. It took us 3-4 stops to get fully comfortable with all of the features of the app. Some of the houses were more visible than others but I guess there’s nothing we can do about that. Didn’t see any celebrities but loved having a “guide” through the fancy districts in the Hollywood Hills.Show lessOceanStateOfMind
