Administration of events is even easier with the new iGov 2.0. The main functionalities relating to guest list overview, accreditation, badge printing and VIP level have been expanded to a photo display for security-compliant accreditation on site, as well as a scan function for real-time ticket validation. This application is an extension of the Liland Cloud, which increases the efficiency and professional image.
Check - In your VIP guests
Register your guests directly via the app, assign them seats or print name cards. Any companions or changes to personal data are recorded directly and synchronized with all other accreditation positions and the main system. See at any time who is at the event, when and where.
Security-compliant accreditation
The iGov 2.0 has an additional photo display, which, in addition to access authorization by a forgery-proof QR Code ticket, also enables the necessary on-site visual checks during accreditation.
Immediate ticket verification via our Mobile App
Control the check-in status of your guests: Have they already arrived? Or did they not register at all? The app shows you all information about all participants.
Real-time ticket validation in the Liland Cloud
Due to the real-time integration, tickets in the Liland Cloud are checked and, if necessary, validated within one second. All information of the ticket holder is displayed in the iGov 2.0
Zone authorization
The iGov 2.0 not only allows you to divide your event into different zones and accredit them accordingly, but also offers you the possibility to comply with given fire protection regulations for a certain number of people per zone.
Give your guests a VIP level
Assigning a VIP level leads to more personalization of your guests and allows you to manage each one according to their status.
Offline - Function
Outdoor location somewhere in the forest? Internet unstable? No problem, you can also use the iGov 2.0 offline. All changes to personal data, ticket validations or VIP levels are stored locally and as soon as the application finds its way back to the Internet, it is immediately synchronized with the Liland Cloud.
