Users may enter all needed information for requesting a pause to lead appointments, canceling services, reporting a lead issue, or reporting an app issue. With that information, Support Team can resolve the issue upon first communication.

Dashboard insights are now clickable and drill down to individual leads, search leads filtered by milestone, engaged, or live transfer, see daily totals on the Analytics screens, and you can now capture the name of your referral partner that you send leads to!
