Horrible app experience - can’t schedule consultation
This app is horrible. I’m trying to schedule a consultation and it keep saying the time is no longer available - but I tried more than 20 shown as “available” times and this doesn’t work. They say you have 24/7 doctor appointments but the next available is like 6 hours ahead and you can’t book.
Can’t even log in and customer service non existent
Completely defective app, I need help I’ve been trying to make a doctors appointment for a week on this godforsaken app and I can’t. What a crappy app omg
No landscape display mode.
The app has no landscape display mode, just portrait, rendering it very poor for iPads with keyboards. Such a basic failure - please rectify it immediately. Bear in mind that if your customers need to use an app to contact a doctor, they may be experiencing various physical difficulties - they do not want to faff about removing their iPad from its keyboard cover, risking dropping their tablet with no protection etc. If you want people to adjust to video appointments, you need to invest in the IT infrastructure to allow this to happen.

Convenient, but glitchy
It’s very convenient to book video consultations and the availability is good. The app is glitchy when trying to log in. Even when face recognition works, it still requires password
AXA does it best
As someone who’s moved to the UK from abroad, I hate how poor public healthcare is here. After repeated disappointment with the NHS, I got the best healthcare policy AXA has that also includes access to a GP through this app. I can’t stress enough how effective and easy this is. No more long queues or ridiculous waiting times and the doctors I’ve spoken to on the app have all been competent and absolutely fantastic. Thank you for doing healthcare as it should be. I’ve been using this for 2 years now and haven’t needed the NHS since.

Babylon is So Much Better
This app should just look at what the Babylon app does and copy that. Only being able to book appointments for immediate issues and being forced to either upload a photo or else have a video appointment we’re just a couple of the many problems I faced with using this app. Also be warned the photo you take for verification will be set as your profile photo with no way to change this.

Very bad UI and takes edges to book appointments
The application developers need to think there design and ensure its user friendly features at core. You should provide options for appointments available and its alots within the app rather than asking user to select doctor then date and time… its very manual activity and frustrating experience to book appointments. I would suggest to use AI chatgpt in your app to provide appointment slots faster to end users.

Amazing
This is the best thing we ever done was get AXA Health because I can never get in my own GP surgery for anything and like today I need to see a doctor and I booked it now my appointment is over video in 10 mins
Terrible UI made me miss appointments twice
The service and the doctors are great as long as you make it through the cumbersome UI. There’s absolutely no indication when you have an appointment you need to be inside the appointment tab and STAY there until the time of your appointment.
This might sound obvious now but there’s nothing in the UI telling you to keep that page up and it looks exactly like the one you see when you’ve booked the appointment.
Not only that apparently the doctor tried to call me once I missed my appointments but that also didn’t happen. I don’t know if they’re lying or not but all in all it feels like using a website from the 2000s at times.

Not useful
This app is useless on so many levels. Here are two:
1. No appointments available with any doctor and I checked for 6 days into the future. Defeats the purpose of a doctor at hand really
2. The questionnaire to fill is long and gets very frustrating when you need to check doctor’s availability - no save options
All in all, not impressed!
