Failed supercard

Entered my card details and it got stuck at the congratulations page. The card seems to have been registered but i cant use it in the app to order. It keeps asking to add a supercard but keeps saying my card is already registered.

Can’t get prices in Dollars instead of Pesos. Deleted and downloaded numerous times.
