I have been struggling with this app ever since you it!
There is no way to uninstall an app on the I phone 12 that I can find! I have spent countless hours trying to get it to work! I was told Today that there is. A 25 $ fee to schedule an appointment over the phone, are you kidding? Who is going to pay me for the time I have waisted trying to get your app to work? Everything worked fine until you updated it, now because I cannot get your system to work I have to spend an extra 25$ ever time I have to get your device serviced? Don’t use this Company
You can’t rely on the information on their website, if you read their terms they state they aren’t obligated to update the information. Their automated calling has hung up on me. They don’t communicate with you even if they change the appointments the app doesn’t update correctly.
