I owe this one to Kevin Petterson and Zipstall.
I parked at a Zipstall enabled capital Impark #156 last evening (2024-08-13). The QR code for the man door was vandalized.
I reached out to the number that Zipstall had and could not get through initially, but after some time Kevin (owner of Zipstall) himself answered (aka Kevin the genie from a lamp for parking problems) opened the door for me to get my vehicle out. This was after hours and still was able to get through.
Anyhow the Zipstall app is very good app.
Have been using Zipstall for quiet a while and it has been nothing less than awesome. I am a technology fan and love such new innovative ideas like Kevin did. Keep going on Zipstall. Would love to see this app go live at Sylvan lake, Drumheller, Jasper, Banff, Calgary and more.Show lessVin MV
Great App and Better Service
I have tried lots of parking apps and would like to commend the team behind this app as they have continued to listen to their customers and improve the app. I love the feature where you can turn on a feature where your parking charge gets stopped once you leave the parking area (based on your location). Thanks for the review. I would have guessed that giving you a powerful feature like AutoStop would have justified 5 stars on its own, or that our ability to let you pay only for the time you use and our NO PARKING TICKET GUARANTEE would be enough to get us past 4 stars. Really appreciate the review! Not sure if you have AutoStop setup, but we think reminders are very last decade and we think you should just be able to get into your car, drive away and have your session ended for you automatically. That is what AutoStop does. You can set it up from your Home screen in the app. Welcome to the future of parking!Great Service

It’s good in the start as intro but seems to increase price when I called they said there will be more increase in price soon and will keep happening until we reach where it should. That’s not a good business goal and vision you should have. But you won’t last longer if you keep increasing the price.Show lessUJ11111

Thanks for the comment. One thing we have to make clear is that ZIPSTALL DOES NOT SET PARKING RATES. We help you save money on parking in a whole bunch of ways (knowing all the options, paying only for the time you use, no tickets. Validations, Local Dollars, etc.) but we never set the rates. Parking lot owners/managers set the hourly rates and the parking pass prices. Sometimes our team hears from the lots that they will be increasing rates, so we try to let customers know about coming changes, but again WE DON'T SET THE RATES! Our real goal is to make parking less painful and to help bring our communities together without parking standing in the way. Thanks for using Zipstall.Easy & Efficient

We appreciate the support. We save you money every way we can, but we don't actually set the rates. When you don't have to guess how long you are parked, this can save you money however. Instead of being forced to guess whether you will be 1 or 2 hours, we let you pay for the 1 hour and 15 minutes that you actually parked. Sounds simple, but this is revolutionary in parking.Solid parking app

Thanks for the love! Our local dollars can be spent with our Local Dollars partners. You can find them in your Wallet, click Open/Spend, Where can I spend?. This will take you to a page that shows you all of our Validation partnerships (discounts on parking) and Local Dollars partnerships (discounts on spending).
