When I click on update it says that my pet is at home, but in reality I am now with the GPS is another city! Please fix

According to the product's operational rules, when the product reaches another city, the device's location is synchronized to the current position unless specific conditions are met. For instance, if your phone's Bluetooth connection with the device remains uninterrupted, it may lead the device to mistakenly assume that your pet is with you at home, ensuring safety, and, therefore, not triggering a location update.
