Can’t react to born pink album on spotify
Hi YG! I just updated the latest version of the app but it can only react to some song of the older song on Spotify but not the new Born Pink Album. Plss fix it. I really need my lightstick to react to the new album on Spotify. I mean all songssss of BlackPink plsss.

Would complete update but won’t connect
As stated in the title, light-stick just won’t connect to the app. The first time I tried to connect it, it was stuck at 0%. After a month or so of forgetting about this, I tried again to be surprised that the percentage finally moves. But, to be just stuck in a loop of keeping to download an update.

Firmware update problems
Connects to my lightstick then begins to update. The update will finish and tells me to “long hold press” and then it will turn off and back on and begin updating AGAIN. It will repeat this. Please fix.
MV sync worked once…
I just received my lightstick. 2 days ago. I just wanna play the song and watch the light show. It disconnects after connecting and hitting back to play the youtube videos. Tried on 3 separate devices and same result
stopped working
i got my lightstick in for the show and it connected the first time i tried it and when i tried connecting it again it tells me “lightstick has be disconnected” when i try to play music
Works Well - Not MV Reaction
The lightstick connects, turns on, and can be changed by the settings through your phone which is great! The only issue I have is that whenever I use the Vimeo MVs, nothing happens. Overall works great!
Bluetooth mode is not working
So I recently got my light stick, when i went to connect to bluetooth and it said it was updating and told me to turn it off then turn it back on, and it will repeatedly keep updating and won’t connect. I thought it was my devices problem so I had downloaded it on my iPad as well and it didn’t work. I thought maybe it’s because i download the app after it updated so I waited for the app to update again and it still wouldn’t work. Hopefully they will fix this issue soon.

Bad
My light stick connects at first but as soon as I leave the app it discounts and it doesn’t play along to the songs
Disappointed
Well it connects, but I can’t adjust the brightness, nor does the app have the link to the interactive song. I watched a video on YouTube, my light stick version 2 doesn’t seem to do the same things and the app seems to be lacking. After it connects, I don’t think it stays connected when I close the app? Is that all the app is for to connect to my phone, bc if that’s the case it’s useless. I can just turn it on manually

app doesn’t work after update
today I updated the app because it just released an update hoping that it would work, but it didn’t work at all and it would just keep updating. I need it to work for my concert that i’m going to. yg fix ur app please
