Slow. Doesn’t work reliably.
If the UoE are going to insist on the use of this app to order food and drink, it would be nice if it would function properly. The loading of the menu screen, checkout, etc is incredibly slow. The process to add a credit card is clunky, there is no Pay integration. The verification email takes a long time to arrive in one’s inbox.
That said, once an order is finally made via the system, it does seem to arrive quickly!
