Hangs after opening.
App just hangs immediately after opening it…!? Have tried reinstalling on my phone 12 & the same thing happens.
Limitations on iPad
Just downloaded the app on my iPad. Seems slow to respond unlike the web site which is a shame. Also annoyingly the screen view is limited to scrolling item by item. The screen view size also will not fill my iPad screen. Seems aimed for use on a mobile phone only.

Bought 2 tickets and now my account apparently doesn’t exist. I still have the receipts on my online banking and the money has come out of my bank.
