With "Logbook Suite PhoneTools" you get the digital logbook "Logbook Lite" as well as some of the modules/add-ons of "Logbook Suite", the popular software package for sailors and powerboaters for Mac, Windows and iPad in an iPhone version. These are: - BoardCash - Budget - FirstAid Kit and - Inventory. You can use "Logbook Suite PhoneTools" both as a standalone app and as a complement to "Logbook Suite". The modules of "Logbook Suite PhoneTools" were developed for the needs of sailors and power boaters, but some are just as suitable for other purposes such as mobile homes, vacation homes or the hobby basement. Logbook Lite - The logbook for the small trip Logbook Lite is a digital logbook for sailors and powerboaters who tend to make small trips rather than go on big voyages. With Logbook Lite you can keep a simple logbook with little effort, which still meets the official requirements for logbooks. The input areas of Logbook Lite are clearly divided and you decide according to your preference which areas you want to use. In the simplest case, only data about the start and end of the trip is recorded. If you want to enter more information in your logbook, you can, for example, enter when the engine was turned on and off again or when you set sail. You can also enter intermediate positions (as a GPS position or as a free location) and continuously record current weather data or have it entered from the onboard instruments in Logbook Lite. In the journal you can keep a diary and record technical information. You can also insert photos into the logbook. With activated tracking function Logbook Lite records your route as GoogleTrack and displays it in the logbook. Logbook Lite offers optimized and clearly designed layouts for printouts and PDFs. BoardCash – Your digital cash box Managing the board cash box is usually not among the most popular tasks on board. However, one should keep track of the expenses and the cash position. And with BoardCash this is a cinch. Budget - Tracking the cost for your ship With Budget you keep track of all expenses around your ship. Enter all costs of your ship in Budget and assign them to freely selectable categories. Then evaluate the costs according to categories and other criteria and compare the expenses in different years. First-Aid Kit – First aid without having to search in the medicine box In case of emergency quickly find the right medication with First-Aid Kit and keep track of which medications soon will no longer be preserved. Inventory – Keep track of your ship’s storage In a ship there are many different places where you can store your things and many items that need to be stowed. But how to keep track of this? For this task our Inventory is very helpful. With Inventory you can manage quite easily the storage and inventory of all items in your ship. The user interface of the app can be displayed in German, English, Dutch and Swedish. The start window offers convenient functions for opening, loading, saving and deleting app files. Your data collected in the "Logbook Suite PhoneTools" app is compatible with the Add-ons of "Logbook Suite", our comprehensive software package for sailors and power boaters, available for iPad and PC. Thanks to the app, you can now use some of the Add-ons on the iPhone as well. The data collected with "Logbook Suite PhoneTools" can be synchronized with the Add-ons in "Logbook Suite" using our synchronization service SYNC. NOTE: The app installs trial versions of the modules. They offer all the features of the full versions, but are limited to 9 entries per module. If you like a module, you can purchase a license and convert the trial version to a full version. A compatible version for MacOS and Windows is also available on our website.
