This company took an extraordinary amount of personal information as part of the account opening and then rejected the application without giving any reason nor following up with any questions. There is no ability to request any information about the process.

Airwallex will freeze your account without notice
When the time is ripe, they will freeze your account and keep you away from using your funds. That too without any prior notice, any indication, or even explanations. You will suddenly won’t be able to login to the app and your money isn’t yours!! If you don’t believe it, use it and learn it the hard way!! Our entire balance has been locked out. We have all things legitimate. There were no pending RFIs or queries that we can think of as a basis of the account suspension. We pay suppliers that has bills and are into normal professional services.

Good Support Best Virtual Bank ever
I tried too many virtual banks but this one deserve 5 Stars. I can create and use multiple Virtual cards to pay in any currency and also can set up limitations. i love that i can have multiple bank accounts of any currency. PC version is the Pro version but app can be used to keep an eye on your account. Support experience was good they’re very quick and responsive.Show lessSajidbutt049
Expenses function terrible.
No ability to items expenses means taxes cannot be accounted for correctly. Poorly thought out, therefore not a scalable solution. Approval process also terrible - having to click in and out of each expense.ComputerNerd90

Due to my client's credit card payment failures, my account was suspended. I have sent them about 20 emails and tickets without any response. There is still $3000 in the account that cannot be used or withdrawn. It is really disappointing. Our funds are all legitimate income, even if there are disputes, they should contact us to resolve them instead of suspending the account with no response. Extremely frustrating that we’ve time you receive a higher amount the transaction is set as pending and more information is required. I thought running my business would be easy now I’m having to worry about cash flow with money that is already mine. Absolutely ridiculous. Avoid at all costwaape

Why no transfers?
Extremely frustrated that I cannot make transfers in the app, only on a laptop. There is also no easy search functionality for transactions spanning back 12 months. When will this be fixed, it seems so basic!!objb55
