Snap does not connect to cloud

The Snap air balancer does not connect to the cloud. Tried 10 times and nothing. The app needs some serious work

Unable to enter password

When connecting snap to wifi - can enter ssid but password box is not editable so cannot join to my main house wifi. ios 15.79

Can’t connect

Unlike the previous reviewer, I did manage to create an account, but got no further. To connect to the hood, you need a QR code which is on some leaflet I haven’t got. It is also supposed to be inside the “product”, underneath the grease filter. It isn’t. There’s a label but no code. Maybe it’s in the housing of the remote motor, outside the house on the wall. I’m not taking that apart to find out! 15 minutes of my life wasted that I won’t get back.

Dear Customer, if your appliance does not have a QRcode inside, it most likely does not have a Connectivity function. Not all models can be connected to the app elica Connect. useless, iphone 8+. Forces you to have an account (why?) but after putting in your name and country there is no continue button so cannot proceed

Account creation

You need to have an account (and be signed in) to use the app, but the create account function doesn’t work. You enter your forename, surname and country but there’s no way to progress.
