Hi, sorry to learn you had an issue with the audio! So we can investigate, can you let us know at support@guide-ai.com whether you were using earphones and whether you were using the "top phone speaker" mode or the "earphones or loudspeaker" mode? Many thanks!

Hi, Really sorry to hear you’ve had an issue! This was caused by a small issue in the app that effected a very small proportion of users. This has now been resolved in a recent update to the app. If money was taken from your account and not automatically refunded, please send us an email to support@guide-ai.com and we can help get that refund sorted.
