  • Tech Support is useless

    I’ve been having issues for weeks where PDFs won’t load in incentives, encompass claims they can’t reproduce this issue. Multiple people within our company are having this problem.
  • Camera scanner needs updating!!!!!

    The camera scanner won't scan most upcs when using the new iPhone 15. Please fix this. It keeps downgrading the picture blurring the barcode lines.
  • Stop Updating

    Every update makes me dislike this app more and more.
  • Issues with iOS 17

    After updating iOS to number 17 and downloading the latest version of encompass at coaches all the time saying icons, don’t exist, then resets And needs to re-upload database
  • bluetooth/voice picking

    I think something is wrong with the voice picking. I turn off all voice settings and press the mic intil a line through shows but still stays active.

    Also cant use my headphones while picking a order it cuts out my connection. please fix…
  • Negative inventories

    Please give us the option to input negative inventories like before. Our company doesn’t count inventory the way Encompass wants us to and it would benefit to be more flexible in letting companies count negative inventories if they so choose. The app has gone downhill since they took that function away. Hopefully we switch to something else soon.

  • Delete old packs out of your route book

    Love the app just wish it was a way to delete packages that I do not use in certain accounts…..
  • Bad app

    I hate having to click every stop when I download my route to see what they are, especially because you can’t back out without being prompted. Also search functionality between multiple stops is non existent.

  • Negative Inventories

    When I first started selling we had the ability to key in negative inventories when product was empty from the shelf. Sadly it’s been gone for several months now, I’ve lost track of how long. But it stands to reason that the use of such a simple action is dearly missed amongst our team.
    Whether the product was empty due to warehouse issues or someone’s own mistake it served as a useful tool in ensuring the outs were mitigated in future orders.
    Please give us back the ability to put in negative inventories. Please.
