  • Does All I Need

    All the features I need are here including “Mobile Deposit”. I almost didn’t use this app based on previous reviews. Yes, that feature is not automatic when initially downloaded. It just takes a simple phone call to the treasury dept and the good folks there will add it for you. Nicole helped me with that and answered all my questions. Very satisfied!

  • Business account app

    I have a business loan with First American and I’m very happy with it.
    I also have a business checking account as well but I am closing it very soon. The app is without a doubt the worst bank app I’ve ever attempted to use. It’s ridiculously hard to navigate and I can do virtually nothing with it. I am unable to even make transfers to other banks on my phone. I can’t make deposits remotely. I spent several phone calls with someone at the bank to try to figure out navigating but it’s forever complicated. You’re going to continue to lose business accounts until you get a very serious and intelligent App designer.

  • Garbage

    This app is useless garbage, as far as I can tell. I cannot find the check deposit function, which is the main point of a mobile app. If this is not part of it, I will most likely take my money elsewhere. I have limited time to run my business and I’ve wasted a vast amount of it on this whole awful new banking system.

    Whoever designed this rollout and these new systems needs to be fired.

  • Review of the New Treasury FABT App

    Most definitely the worst banking app I’ve used of at least 7 other bank apps I use for over the past 3 years. The ability to mobile deposit is either non-existent or extremely difficult to locate after 6 or 7 minutes of trying. The word ‘DEPOSIT’ isn’t even listed as an option on the ‘Menu Tab’ This entire roll out of your new business system has not gone smoothly at all as you who answer the phones at FABT positively already know. The return phone call rate from people calling in has been horrendous.

    This is a good bank with many smart people operating it for many years, but this roll-out has not been & is not being handled well. Although, knowing the people involved in operating/managing the bank, I know their intentions & efforts have been well intended & extensive. Best to you all at FABT on getting these issues resolved in a timely way.
