Trash app and zero support
I have to use this app for my job and it literally never works. It crashes constantly, notifications are wack, and sometimes it just won’t allow you to log in for DAYS at a time.
There is no way to get help or issues resolved. Their listed number is a voicemail box that is never checked. Their email is just an info line, not customer support. I’ve even gone as far as DMing them on Instagram and have gotten zero help.
As someone who has worked help desk this is insane. If I am somehow missing the help section or knowledge base after scouring the website, I really hope the developer reaches out to guide me to it. I can’t book shifts because they don’t come up on my end it stays blank but my co workers have a feed so I literally miss out on work because the app is not working correctly. I reached out to my manager in hopes to fix it but it has to be an issue with the app itselfDeveloper Response

I never ever see any jobs on this app, I usually see jobs on Fb but never on the app. App is up to date too.Developer Response
