  • Usless

Signed up to free trial. Day 1. Great. Day 2 unable to access anything with every page stating “something went wrong”. Delete and reinstall. No different.

Attempted to use the support contact function. Again doesn’t even work. Just a dead link submit button.

Great idea let down by utterly atrocious IT systems and software. I’ll go back to my actual face to face physio.

  • Amazing app

I’m an active Dad and experience injuries frequently. This app is great for a methodical approach to recovery. I like that you can work on multiple injuries at the same time by switching back and forth.
  • Better than my local PTs

This is great if you want a wide variety of exercise to work a specific injury over time. Way easier than working with my local PTs.
