Unreasonable
It appears that HASA, a monopoly controlling prices, is not letting Pool guys redeem points like they used to in the past, it’s not reasonable to upload hundreds of receipts for some of us midsize companies with multiple technicians, we can’t spend all day uploading receipt after receipt, day after day, it seems this is a way that HASA can stop paying out cash for rewards, by making it very difficult for a pool guy to claim rewards. Unfortunate.Used to work well
But updated app is junk. Can’t upload receipts. Get rejected message. Wish I could go back to an older working version.
