  • Scam Co often no tickets delivered at customer’s expense

    I have been using this platform for a while. During my time of using this, I had my account hacked where thousands of dollars were charged. Luckily my credit card took care of this and I did not have to cover it. More recently I purchased tickets for an event and never received them. My friends had the same experience for a couple other events. If you’re purchasing tickets near the time of the event and you do not receive the tickets beware, they will still charge you and get away with you having to pay for the tickets. Do not waste your money. This company does not care about the consumer and you will be liable for tickets that you never received.

  • Get them!

    I bought tickets to see my fav artist for July 27th. It was the first time I ever bought concert tickets and heard of SI Tickets. I couldn’t find many reviews so I thought I got scammed. BUT I got the tickets the day before the event and it was sent thru Ticketmaster. Everything worked perfectly! Def will use again.

    This is a scam. Don’t do it
  • Worst Ticket Experience I’ve ever had!

    I purchased tickets. My card was charged. I received an email stating there was an issue and I had to call. I called several times and nobody would answer. Then I receive another email that they suspected fraudulent activity and would have to use another form of payment. I used my PayPal which is connected to my personal bank account. There was nothing fraudulent whatsoever. My money has still not been returned to my account. I’ve been buying tickets for years and have never had an issue.

    They sell you tickets and then give you the wrong seats. Also they won’t refund you.

  • Ticket Support

    Just hope you don’t buy an invalid ticket from one of their “resellers”. Received a screenshot from the seller of a ticket that was supposed to be transferred via MLB Ballpark and was unable to enter the event. Was denied a refund by customer service after providing them verbiage that states the venue didn’t accept screenshots. Wasted a hour of my time with support. I will only be buying tickets directly from the Ballpark app from now on for all MLB games.

    Low fees and amazing customer service. I had never heard of SI Tix but I’m glad I found them. They charge a $10 fee, which is way lower than most ticketing sites!

  • Worked perfect. Got my tickets way before event.

    Pre-ordered concert tickets before the tickets were even officially on sale. They sent me my tickets the exact day they officially went on sale (a good 10 months before the actual concert). Amazing with the cheap fee on venmo too!

    I hadn’t heard of SI Tix until I saw an add on either Twitter or Instagram, so I thought I’d check em out. Needless to say I’ve now bought tickets for 2 different events (with more to come) and have been thrilled with the prices and ease of buying.
