BOC has been extremely helpful over the past few years helping my wife and I settle and make Cleveland, Tn our new home.
Teresa and the entire staff have provided outstanding service with a smile, and at times went out of their way for us.
Rare find these days and a model for other banks to take note of.

I have tried other banks when my wife insisted, but quickly returned to folks that know how to treat a neighbor. I like the security but even more the friendly faces at the Bank of Cleveland. I like a bank where everyone knows my name & honestly cares about how I am doing. They have great hours and are super great to work with.Show lesstogu4
