I like the game
So fun but it needs sound
Fun and addictive but needs a sound fix and some improvements.
In this game, you play as Mike and use a slingshot-like mechanism to fling the turtles into various structures of building blocks to defeat the raccoons. With each win, you get 50 coins that can be used to get more turtles to fling if you can’t get past a level. Every 5 levels or so, you defend an item from the show (such as a drone or inflatable pink flamingo inner tube). A tip I can give to players is to knock the item toward the back so the raccoons take more time to get it, giving you more time to knock them away.
After a certain point, some of the previous levels are reused. You might notice certain structures you’ve already seen come back, but I don’t mind this. It’s funny seeing the animated raccoons rag doll and plop down on the ground after being knocked off.
There are micro-transactions to buy more coins and to remove ads. However, I’ve gotten through 150+ levels in just one day and have only needed to use my earned coins for extra turtles maybe 3 times at most. If you are skilled enough, you won’t really need to buy extra coins. I’ve also not really had issues with ads so I haven’t yet budged on that part.
I have some suggestions for the developers that I think would improve this game:
- I think you should be able to use your coins to unlock other playable characters, such as Iris (my favorite), Duchess, Fluffy, and so on, to fling the turtles with. I have 7,000+ saved up and would totally spend them on that.
- Another unlockable could be exclusive phone wallpapers.
- The game could offer bonus coins per how many turtles you didn’t have to use. Just an idea.
With that being said, I don’t even play mobile games that much and really enjoyed this. As a Mighty Mike fan, I hope revenue from this game leads to other merchandise to be released such as plush toys and figurines. I still don’t know why there aren’t any because this show is enjoyed by many people across the world. I recommend the download of this game, especially if you enjoy the show.
