Bad registration
The conformation email while registering would take me to the beginning of the registration. Neither of the only two options starting over or logging in again worked. Bad system. I cannot use.
Doesn’t work for US credit cards
Tried two different cards multiple times this doesn’t work. garbage
Impossible to setup an account or reset a pin from my phone
What a joke this app is! Every time I try to login it does not accept the pin. If I chose to reset the pin I get a link which opens a page frozen in ‘loading…’
Tried with Safari, tried with Chrome, tried with desktop site, tried on Android phone, tried on Iphone, tried multiple times to get a temporary pin. Nothing works. This App just wasted 30’ of my vacations. Good job!

Nice app but incomplete
It’s a nice app but it has lack of user friendly. You can skip the ID, but itsn’t mentioned anywhere. The rides could be sorted from low to high prices because tourists usually don’t need more than 1 day. The subscription process it not clear.
Worthless
The app and service is completely and utterly worthless. You have to make an account and it asks for an “ID number”. It doesn’t say what kind of ID. Drivers license? Learners permit? Passport? Doesn’t say. It doesn’t offer any troubleshooting. No matter what number you put it, it will say it is wrong, so you can’t create an account. Reviews from December of last year give the same issue and the app is never updated. Go rent a bike from a store while in Seville. These bikes are basically sitting on the street for show.

Tips to use
When choosing the subscription, choose the ~€3 euro one for a 24h ride. This will allow you to rent the bike for 24h only to use in 30 min chunks or else you’ll get charged €1 per extra 30 min.
Plan your route and make sure you’re always a few min away from your next stop (extra tip: look if there’s parking for your bike) it usually says 8/10 so there’s 2 parking spots left, I found a few that were full and I had to search for a further one that made my trip longer than 30 min therefore I got charged.
Otherwise, it’s super simple to use, park and rent. Make sure that you check your parking is completed. You can check on “my journeys” if it matches your end time.

You also must not close or let your screen go black when it's unlocking the bike you selected. Apparently the app may incorrectly charge you if you don’t do this

Comically bad
This app couldn’t be worse. Zero help in actually renting a bike. You need an ID card number to register, and the app can’t create that for you. So there is no way to use it to rent a bike unless you already have a subscription.
