Absolutely useless now
Can’t connect to router. Very annoying. Give me the message that I’m not connected with router in same network.
Terrible app
Use to work great now nothing will connect fed up playing with this stuff when it should be a simple plug and play.
App is not fit for purpose
The hardware equipment is good but the app lets it down. The app is very poor and does not open properly. The saving grace is that the Wi-Fi actually works but you can not change any settings like choosing which SIM to use or link to available Wi-Fi. App needs upgraded. I can only select which SIM to use by physically removing the SIM I don’t want to use. Also occasionally states I am using Ethernet (which I am not) and that the SIM is inactive but actually works OK. Terrible app.

iPhone app update??
Is there going to an app update for the iPhone as I’ve rest my roam about 12 times and it doesn’t work on my phone but when I log in on my iPad it’s working fine. I’ve done the firmware update as well. Need some help please.

Works after a fashion. Still believes I am using Ethernet when I am not. Says sim is an unregistered Vodafone rather than a actual registered broadband go sim.

Says unable to connect to router but definitely using WiFi. As previous review.

Doesn’t see my SIM card, can’t see any Wi-Fi options through the roam app. Was working tried reset it and rebuild but can’t get it to work anymore?

No Longer Working
I’m not sure if a recent update to the app has caused a problem but now getting a message “Could not connect to the router’ despite being connected via Wi-fi. This only happens when the correct admin password is used otherwise it says incorrect password. I’m able to access via browser to the IP address but disappointing as the app was pretty good before the current problem. Hopefully will be fixed in a future update.
