Sneaking ads into update
Developer snuck ads into update requiring more money to remove without notice. App was previously ad free with purchase. Ads interfere with game play and obstruct the screen. Deceptive business practice, will not purchase from them again.

Today It is my surprise at the hotel.
Used to be amazing but now….
These games used to be my absolute fav, but they changed the whole concept and I’m rlly annoyed 😒 I spent tons of money on these games and now the stupid update has ruined it. DO NOT BUY THEY’RE NOT WORTH IT😡
Great App but….
It’s a really fun app because It’s like a real hotel, but when you get a lollipop from a present, it gets stuck on the floor, and I can’t move it unless I tap the reset button. Please fix this.🥹

This game is awesome! The only complaint I have is that the sound does not work but I love it. I definitely recommend playing it!!!!!

The game is very good quality and fun but I tried updating it and it wouldn’t update and I have enough storage so I deleted it and tried downloading it agin but it won’t work please fix 👍
I hate it but my child loves it
I hate the fact that the app gets frozen to the point where my child isn’t able to play the app. I erase the app and download it again but doesn’t function as it should.
They don’t sing
After just 1 day of buying this game, the characters do not sing. We have tried restarting the app but no luck! Please fix!

I like this game it’s cool, I recommend it! I will say it’s gets boring pretty fast. And no one will answer my review on the Star stable game!😡 But the games are fun.
